HelloID unavailable for some tenants
Resolved - Our investigation shows that no customer databases were affected. All customer portals have been working normally throughout this time. Thank you for your patience. If you have any questions, please submit a ticket via the service desk.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing an issue with HelloID. Some tenants are unavailable because the underlying database cannot be reached. The cause appears to be related to Azure, but we are still investigating. We will keep you updated on our progress.

Issues with HelloID portal access and login
Resolved - Cloudflare has posted an update on their status page. It clearly shows that the issue is not in HelloID, but in firewalls that recently received a firmware update. According to Cloudflare, the issue needs to be resolved by the vendors of these firewalls.
