Resolved - The issue has been resolved but there are some client side effects still in play due to caching.

This cache will remain active for quite some time. The workaround is to use the delegated form edit screen (task editing) in another browers or a private/incognito browser session to circumvent this cache. This cache will remain active for a period of 180 minutes, three hours.



The backend services are using a shorter cache timeframe and have resolved the correct values. When you have any tasks resulting from delegated form submissions, that are in a pending state, can be restarted.

Go to the Activity overview screen on the Admin side of HelloID and go into the activity and then go to 'Form submission logging' and click on 'Retry' in the top right corner of the modal.

Monitoring - There is a feature flag to see the new style of tasks in delegated forms.
This feature flag has been removed prematurely which caused all the delegated forms to use the old style of tasks.

We solved this issue by returning the feature flag and will keep monitoring the delegated forms.

Resolved - Some instances where unable to resolve certificates after the deployment of 2022.5. A restart of these instances was necessary to resolve this issue. We are looking in options to improve this section into the software to prevent this from happening.

Investigating - Sometimes when a datasource is used in a form an error message pops up: "Something went wrong while retrieving data for a form element".
Refreshing the form seems to solve the issue.

Update - UPDATE:

Every new mail domain registration will succeed in HelloID. However the mail domain cannot be used as a "from address" to send mail untill the issue has been resolved.

Customers that have registered a mail domain before the 28th of Januari 2022, are not affected by this issue.

Identified - Due to limits that we have reached at our mail provider, we will need to raise the limits.
We also concluded that changes are necessary for some of the infrastructure used for sending the mails across the HelloID modules.
Every new mail domain registered will register, but it won't be possible to use them for sending mail from a "from address" with the registered domain till we have solved this issue.

In case mails are send but not delivered, please send them with the @helloid.com domain as the “from address”.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will work hard to fix it. Thanks for your understanding and support!
